At WelcomeNST, our mission is simple but powerful: surround every refugee family with the support of a caring community.

We’re partnering with the Utah Refugee Connection, IRC, and Lifting Hands International to form Neighborhood Support Teams (NSTs), groups of neighbors who are matched with refugee families already in the U.S. legally but in need of help. Each NST walks alongside one family, offering friendship, guidance, and tangible support as they build a new life and move toward self-sufficiency.
